What Does The 3-Hour Health Assessment Entail?
During our 3+ (Often more than 3 hours, so please make time) session together I'll be asking you questions pertaining to the six health categories below. Throughout the process I'll simply be asking you questions, taking notes and giving you feedback along the way. At the very end of the assessment I'll send you the notes that I took during our assessment together, so you have a detailed action plan with improvement protocols and strategies in each of those key areas that affect your energy, vitality and health.
1. Sleep Health
We sleep on average 8 hours each night. That's 33% of our day (8 of 24 hours) and quite literally 33% of our LIVES. This is such an important and simple process to dial in. I struggled with insomnia throughout the years and researched sleep, circadian biology and so much until I mastered my sleep. We'll get your sleep doing what it's meant to do. Help your body recover fully, wake up feeling energized!
2. Diet & Nutrition
Your diet plays an important role. It's the nutrition that your body has to feed your cells and biology. If you're eating a suboptimal diet, the fuel that your body has is suboptimal. Together we'll ensure you're getting a diet rich in nutrition, both macronutrients and micronutrients, so that your body is fueled with the highest quality fuel for optimal energy, vitality and health!
3. Stress & Emotions, Mindset
Stress and suppressed emotions are known as the 'silent killer' because buried emotions and stress do not die, they simply live inside us. We'll lightly tread and touch on the key areas you may be holding onto stress, anxiety or negative emotions and a few simple practices to release these so that your body is free of negative emotional or mental energy and free to express fully and thoroughly, with no past baggage.
4. Chemicals, Toxins, Hormone Disruptors
We live in a world full of chemicals, toxins and hormone disruptors. It's important to be aware of what chemicals are in your environment that are carcinogenic (cancer causing) or hormone disrupting. Your hormones are chemical messaging signalers that play a key role in storing fat, burning fat, creating energy, sexual attraction and drive, and so much more. Let's make sure your hormones work FOR you and not against you together!
5. Fitness Habits
The more we move the more we feel alive. We live in a world full of opportunities to be lazy and stagnant. This leads to sickness, lymphatic issues, headaches, aches, pains and so much more. Together we'll ensure you have simple movement pracites that help to hydrate, create flow and move nutrients throughout your body with your circulation and lymphatic (movement) systems of the body. Your relationships play a huge role in the health of your life as a whole. Unhealthy relationships are draining, and exhaustive. This drains your life force energy. Healthy relationships on the contrary contribute healthy energy, support, encouragement and healthy habits in your life. This is why all forms of relationships, including romantic, friendships, family and work relationships are important to be healthy in our lives. We'll discuss your relationships and create healthy frameworks to ensure relationships in your life stay healthy.

Once you book a call with me and pay $299, you'll be taken to a calendar page where you can schedule a time for your consultation with me. I do consultations Monday through Saturday, and you'll have a calendar to schedule a choose a time that works best for you. Please show up to the link emailed to you at least 5 minutes early to make sure your video and audio work for the assessment. If you miss the assessment , you'll have one opportunity to reschedule for another time.
The assessment is done over zoom, so you can connect with your computer, tablet or phone. I do prefer it to be on video if possible, if not you can just click the link from your email to join and not show your face. I would like to see you however and it helps in portions of the assessment where I ask specific questions regarding health practices in your life. You can actually show me on video.
The assessment typically lasts 2 to 2.5 hours, and we will cover the six key areas. Sleep health, Diet/nutrition, stress/emotions, chemicals/toxins, movement/fitness and mindset!
